Below are important points regarding the license renewal process. If you need assistance, please contact the College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico — we are here to serve you.

  1. Access the portal at pcshq.com
  2. Select the Yellow option: Engineers and Land Surveyors  on the far left of the screen.
  3. Then choose: To  apply for a LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE, click HERE
  4. Select the application that applies to your case:(Haga un clic en la que le aplique)
  5. If this is your first time applying:  Click the “Create PCS Account” button if you don’t already have one. Fill out the requested information and click the [Create PCS Account] button. You will receive a confirmation email from PCS.
  6. If you already have a PCS account: Click “Manage Your Account” to upload documents, print your receipt, or check the status of your application.
  7. Once you fill out the Application Form and upload all the required documents, you will receive an email (may take a few days) accepting your application. Later, you will receive another email authorizing you to make your payment (this may take up to 15 days). Once payment is completed, the application process is finalized.
  8. You will then receive an email from PCS (may take a few days) with your approved License or Certificate.
    Additional Instructions:

    1. Important: Do not buy payment vouchers from collection offices; they will not be accepted. Payment must be submitted electronically once your application has been evaluated.
