The CIAPR Foundation (College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico Foundation) is dedicated to promoting social and professional welfare through community and professional development initiatives across Puerto Rico.

Established under Law 319, the CIAPR Foundation implements programs that impact both the community and the engineering profession, such as Mi Casa Resistente, focused on building safe housing in vulnerable areas, and the Licensure Exam Incentive Program, which supports aspiring engineers in their professional development.

These projects reflect the Foundation’s commitment to sustainability, collaboration, and professional growth, benefiting both the community and technical professions.
