Refund Policy

IT IS IMPORTANT TO INFORM YOU THAT THIS POLICY ESTABLISHES THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA FOR TUITION REIMBURSEMENT OF COURSES, SEMINARS, CONFERENCES AND REVIEWS COORDINATED THROUGH OUR DEPARTMENT.

  1. 100% refund for cancellations submitted in writing 7 business days before the event.
  1. 50% refund for cancellations submitted 3 business days before the event.
  1. No refund if cancellation deadlines are not met.

Remember: Registering for any CIAPR event means that a seat has been reserved for you, limiting the opportunity to another participant. It also entails coordination and administrative costs for CIAPR, among others.

We reserve the right of admission.

This information is provided in the registration form; however, ignorance of this information does not exempt the participant from complying with the regulations.

EVERY EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY IS SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM NUMBER OF ENROLLED PARTICIPANTS. The minimum number is determined according to the nature of the course.
